Effective August 13th, 2012 BMO Insurance will be increasing Level COI rates on their Life Provider and Life Dimensions Universal Life Products. Any Applications received at BMO head office on or after August 13th, 2012 will receive the new rates.

Wave 23.0 is now available . The new software has a rate increase for Level COI plans.
BMO will continue to accept wave 22.0 application as long as they are recieved at head office by January 6th,2012. Applications recieved after January 6th will be issued with the new rates.
